Is your pool indoor and/or heated?

Our beautiful, rooftop pool and cabana lounges are all located on top of The Island’s Market Street. As of now, the pool is not heated. We do have a hot tub that’s available for your enjoyment year round.

Do you have a hotel shuttle or rental car service?

The city of Pigeon Forge provides a trolley service that runs throughout Pigeon Forge, Northbound to the Tanger Outlet Malls, and Southbound to the Gatlinburg Welcome Center. There is a trolley stop located right outside of our lobby area. Please click here for trolley schedules, rates, and routes.

What are the differences between the Fountain View, River View, and Village View units?

All of our Fountain View rooms have balconies facing the alluring Island Show Fountains. Our River View units offer a romantic view of the Little Pigeon River. Our Village View rooms have balconies overlooking the middle of the property, known as Market Street. The Village View rooms are great for people watching!

What time is check in and check out?

Check in is at 4 pm or later and check out is by 11am. If you arrive before 4pm, please feel free to stop by or call to inform us you are on property. If we do not have a room available for check in at that time, please enjoy the facility until it is available.

Do you have daycare or babysitting services?

No, but The Island does have an array of family fun activities!

Are you directly on The Island?

Yes! Our hotel is fortunate enough to be located in the heart of Pigeons Forge’s most lively entertainment destination, The Island.

Are any rooms equipped with kitchens, microwaves, and refrigerators?

Our hotel offers  a variety of rooms with all different amenities to suit your family’s needs. As expected, all of our rooms come equipped with a Margaritaville Frozen Concoction Maker. Margarita set-ups are available for purchase from Latitudes Bar.

Are there any additional fees?

We do not have any additional hidden fees. Your vacation experience with us is completely customizable and you are allowed to purchase any additional services if and when you please..

Are you kid friendly?

Yes, yes, yes! We are proud of our family activities and being able to host everyone!

Are you pet friendly?

Pets are not allowed on property.

Is smoking allowed on hotel property?

Margaritaville Island Hotel is a 100% non-smoking property.

Is there a fee for parking?

No. You are free to park in the parking area right next to the hotel or in the parking lot of The Island for overflow. Valet is optional and is $14 per night.

Does the hotel offer breakfast in the morning ?

The Margaritaville Coffee Shop located on property offers a great selection of breakfast pastries, bagles, muffins and freshly brewed Margaritaville coffee.

Is there 24 hour room service?

As of now, we do not offer 24-hour room service however, The Island provides an assortment of restaurants that are open well into the night and will accommodate your family's needs.
